Our promise to you is that any ResourcSys Business Solutions consultant, or any other specialist consultant introduced to your business via ResourcSys Business Solutions shall:

1.   Conduct themselves in a manner which will merit the respect of the community for persons engaged in the profession;

2.   Uphold the reputation of the Institute for Independent Business and any other professional bodies to which the consultant belongs, and the reputation of fellow Associates and members.

3.   Carry out their professional duties responsibly and with integrity;

4.   Not personally provide advice outside their area of expertise, but shall delegate to relevant specialists where appropriate;

5.   Collect and present facts without bias, and not allow personal views to influence judgment, interpretation, analysis and presentation;

6.   Not discuss with or disclose to any person not authorized by the client or delegated representative, any information, data, result, report or proposal arising from any assignment, nor cause or allow confidential information to be misused or to be published in any way without the permission of the client;

7.   Not use information acquired during any previous assignments which in any way could be detrimental to their former client;

8.   Not receive any undisclosed material benefits other than normal emoluments from any recommendation made in the course of duty.

However, sometimes we may need information to provide products or services that you request, and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations.  This privacy statement only applies to resourcSysbusinesssolutions.com; it does not apply to other ResourcSys Business Solutions websites, products or services.

Personal Information Collection

It will only be used for the purposes stated above.  It may be necessary to pass your details to another IIB Accredited Executive not employed by ResourcSys Business Solutions.  Any such person is not bound by this Privacy Policy, but is subject to confidentiality restrictions under the IIB Code of Ethics.  In addition, separate Non Disclosure Agreements can be put in place when required.

ResourcSys Business Solutions may send out periodic e-mails informing you of services, or updates to newsletters or other services you requested, or confirming you requested a product or service. You will of course be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings.

We will never pass your personal details to anyone else, except for successors in title to our business, and suppliers that process data on our behalf.

You can obtain a copy of any personal information by contacting ResourcSys Business Solutions as described at the bottom of this statement.  We will provide this information to you within 7 days.
